Dans la liste d&rsquo;ingr\u00e9dients, il n&rsquo;y a que les anchois et le sel de mer. Il s&rsquo;agit aussi de la premi\u00e8re pression, c&rsquo;est-\u00e0-dire de la premi\u00e8re \u00ab\u00a0passe\u00a0\u00bb de liquide qui a travers\u00e9 le baril rempli de poissons et de sel, et qui contient donc la plus grande proportion de sang (et de sels min\u00e9raux). Sur la photo ci-dessus, vous voyez clairement la diff\u00e9rence entre les deux extraits.<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;extrait de la marque <strong>Trois crabes<\/strong> contient non seulement des anchois et du sel, mais aussi de l&rsquo;eau, du fructose et de la prot\u00e9ine de bl\u00e9. C&rsquo;est la marque de mon enfance, celle que ma m\u00e8re utilisait tous les jours, et celle que la plupart des foyers (et restaurants !) vietnamiens utilisent au Qu\u00e9bec. Pourquoi ?
